Only 16 characters in song&seq files?

When I save a song and it has a name from 17 and more characters & when I reopen the song the next time the mpc did a reboot, when I save it back, characters are missing, it only writes 16 characters into a new file. Is this a bug?
Because the first time that song was saved and overwritten a few times, all characters were there..
Its only a problem with the "all seqs & songs" file.. Folders & programs ( i believe), they dont have this problem

Another issue:

When I save the entire memory but only whats "new & modified", the mpc only saves new programs, the damn thing wont save my new samples.. Is this normal?
I am rather new to this feature... never knew it existed untill a few weeks ago

What OS version are you on?

There have been bugs with this in previous OS versions......
