How do you audition sounds from a hard drive?

I can see the TAB to press, but I don't hear anything....
The 4000 can audition sounds from the hard drive without loading them into the project can't it?

I'm not sure what you mean by the Tab button,

I use the soft key that is labeled "audition", when in the Load page.


Are you using OS 1.60 or higher?

Thanks for the reply, I sussed it out in the end.
I hadn't scrolled far enough down a folder of sounds and was trying to audition the program data, not the actual wav.
