New PC and Ak.sys install

I just finished setting up my new PC to run ak.sys recycle reason ect... when I turned my MPC4k on windows found the MPC but wanted to install software to accompany the machine. What software besides Ak.sys do I need to install to get the machine talking to my PC? I am running XP Pro. I looked on Akai's international site and could not find any info about this.

You have of course downloaded the USB driver?

Apart from the driver and AkSys, no other software needs to be installed...
I still can't understand why the heck Akai just can't include the USB-drivers with the AkSys download or with the latest OS. Then again, I don't understand Akai, period.
