does any1s 4k, when they first bought it, the sampling sounded bad? cuz mine does, why is this?

take it back. whenever you buy new gear and anyting on it dont work, take that ish back. This is just the tipof the iceberg, i mean if the guy who assembled it couldnt connect the wires for the sample engine correctly, what else on it did he mess up or skip over?
