Hey, new to the board just wanted to do a little intro, .. so I'm the amazing ari, amazing becouse of my hight and bone structure (ok thought I'd start off with a bad joke:) ...25year old sound designer, living in my parents house, my girl kicked me out becouse I'm lazy and chew herbs, former mpc2000xl user, now on the 4k (its a monster), bad speller (english not my first), dress code: old skool sneakers & sunglasses I can't afford, got a litlle rig going on few synth drum-machines ect producing house & breaks to put it simple.. looking forward to mastering the 4k with you lot...
but to stay on topic: I've only used the 4k for a few hours and so far the luxury has blown me away!!! I've jet to scratch the surface of the unit(need to print out a manual asap) but so far there are two things bothering me: the fact that I can't work in program and trim mode during playback due to the mpc midi triggering only that one program or sample, instead of playing back normally.. ? what's the deal,
