sampling

When i wanna sampling a track, and pick out only the bass
without drum & guitars etc. what must i do exactly...is this possible?

Can the Sample Section delete others Instruments..and hold only one?

No way, man. The best you can do from a mixed stereo source into the MPC is get a muffled baseline by filtering down to about 20, with a 5 resonance in shift+program, soft button: parameters. If you want to semi-isolate stuff from an stereo track is to use a Frequency dependant multiband compressor. For the MPC, it's just bass filters. Or, if you have the FX chip, you can take the bass out with eq, or just with the eq on a mixing board.
