I'm using a DIGITECH keyboard, it's a french version "azerty", it works but as an american keyboard "qwerty", but it works fine.

All USB keyboards have to be built to certain specs to be able to be labled USB. So I think almost any USB keyboard will work. I went to compUSA and bought a logitech USB keyboard designed for the playstation 2. It was @20 dollars, and it works perfect, does not take up too much space.

i use an apple usb keyboard no problems what so ever...

does anyone know if a "keyboard" map or document exists for the MPC4k? I noticed that if I hit certain keys on my keyboard while in the main menu and such that certain keys are mapped to the functions such as save/load, sample. It would be great to know the key mapping so my favorite features can be accessed from the keyboard itself since it is in my lap almost all the time.

Check the 4k manual or search the site for documentation.
