Exchange tips and tricks for the Akai MPC4000

Where is the MPC4000 in that picture? It seems to have been replaced with a Mackie.

I love the MPC4000. There is so much screen to work with. It is way easier to use than all the models that came before it. I combine the MPC4000 with various software tools. If you really want to improve your productivity, use the MPC with software and get more enhanced features.

I love my 4000. It was hard for me to switch from the 60,and 2000xl that I've been using, but once I got the basics down I sold my other units. I cant see using any other machine. I even bought a few more modules sampled them, and sent them back. All I use now is my 4000,and a Motif 6. Be on the look out for an official Monica "knock knock" remix using this set up.
