There's been alot of posts worrying me about moving from the 2kxl to the 4K...buggy software etc...bad customer support...
.
My 2Kxl is in the shop, and I have the 4K coming from Sweetwater to try for 30 days on Thursday.
I left a message for repair regarding my 2kxl at Akai in California on Friday. I just got that call returned minutes ago, the Akai guy had just gotten of the phone with my local repair shop and assured me the 2kxl would be fixed no problem.
I had a moment to speak with him about the 4K issues...all of which he assured me they were working on etc.
I've got a much better feeling going into this 4k now..problems and all. I think all will be cool
