1.- you can not burn audio to CDs from the mpc only data for example seq, multi, program, sample ect......
2.- there is a trick I use to cut the 1/8 into 1/4 and that is to chop your tempo in half for example a tempo of 120 at 1/16 will record like a tempo 240 at 1/8 only thing is you have to add or subtract bars to get the loop right.
