hearing rumors aboutnew version of the 4000 from yahoo forum

any truth to that and i also heard about the 1.51 beta? any truth to that as well?

Don't listen to the rumors..Same machine diffrent color. 1.51 beta is being tested officaly. Should be out in a few weeks or something.

i am also a beta tester and so far so good, I havent gotten too deep into finding bugs but the sync function is fixed for now which was the main issue. i love the 16 tunings we have back like our old MPC's ...Whew!! Thank The Lawd!!! the mixer is much better part and pad mixer now included seems real nice. if I come across any bugs i'll let ya'll know...Sean W. at Akai e-mailed me and asked me to beta test so i can't let him down...looks like Akai is listening to us a bit more and I thank Sean and David for that at Akai....it is tough sometimes breaking throught Corporate to get things done..I know I was a manager at AT&T for a while and I'd rather swallow a cup of burning gasoline than try to get corporate to do something we need for our customers.....point is Corporations are about number crunching and sales not service..that is their smallest investment!!! Sad but True!!
