hi

i need some help about the mute track
let 's say i play a seq with 4 track
on track one, a long string sample : i can mute it when i want but my problem is when i want to "unmute" it, i have to wait the track to get a the begenning to hear it again
Is there a possibility to "unmute" a sample immediately

Thanks

Th.

hm, i can only think of chopping up the sample... (i.e. as if you are working with a groove file)

word, thats a good question. For some reason sampled loops have to play out the amount of bars it is before you can unmute it again. It would be cool if you can unmute a sample loop within length of the sample playback. On the otherhand murw is right, you'll have to chop up the sample into seprate sections that you'll feel you'll need to mute.

TRY TURNING THE SUSTAIN DOWN TO 1 AND IN PROGRAMS INSTYEAD OF HAVING THE SAMPLE PLAYING AS A "ONE SHOT" CHANGE IT TO "TRACK" THE SAMPLE MIGHT NOT PLAY THE WAY YOU HAD IT AT FIRST SO YOU MIGHT HAVE TO GO BACK AND REPROGRAM ALL OF YOUR SEQS WITH THAT SOUND

sorry for the caps lock
