Sudden function in the Mute Page

Come some one tell me what the sudden and hold fuctions or for when your in the mute page. I know that you can record your mutes like automation, but I have no idea what the sudden and Hold functions or for.

Its either Im missing something, or there ain't noone else that knows the answer.

sorry now answer here! have tried to use that too, but don't know how to!
what i know is that somethin there is workin, cause once i 've somehow set it on (probably) sudden and didn't want too! damn! tracks switched immediately when i pressed the respective track!
btw: recording mutes! this is in my opinion also not really workin! example: i record a sequence where some tracks are muted to a new seq! so i suppose the tracks on the new seq should be nothin else than silent! when i play then sequence 1 and switch in 'next sequnce' window to the next seq. the muted tracks are (not always) muted! sometimes they are! either my mistake or ... another bug!
some clearance from experienced fellers would be welcome!

you're sure you're talking about the mute page and not the next sequence page?

the hold and sudden functions are used for sequence switching, in the mute menu they function for the litlle sequnece window in the corner, its just a conviniance if you are playing live and want to stay in the mute window but these are exactly the same functions as in the next seq window..

maybe i expressed myself not correctly! i know what the functions sudden and hold should do but they don't! how do i have to set up track mute page so that my tracks don't switch suddenly!
in next sequence mode the functions sudden and hold are allright! i can either choose if i want to switch a seq suddenly or by the start of the next sequence, or hold it for a while! in track mute the tracks mute in that instance when i hit a pad! i would like to switch the tracks (similar as in next sequence) on the start of the next loop or sequence and not suddenly! is that possible probably i ve to activate that somewhere! cheers
