I NEED HELP!!!

i have a question, when im making a sample or sequence with the drum pad, i would like to trim it exactly so it can loop perfect. I tried doing that but the region appears blank... but when i move the jog to a different sound (like a sound the mpc comes with) the region appears, and i can edit it... CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!

Make sure when you are in sample mode that the sample you want is there 90% of the time it want be ...you'll have to find it. Then in one of the pages within the sample page that will giv you the option of Zooming in or out. Zoom out to make sure you are gttin the to see the full sample in the region view. then Zoom in closer as you desire. I hope this helps.
