If high quality vocal samples fit your needs, then that would be an excellent choice. Spectrasonics makes some of the best CD-Rom libraries... sound quality is top notch.

Personally I have a few of the libraries myself and I believe they are like many presets that come with with hardware, some are cool and some are not. There's a time and a place for everything. They are top notch quality and are nice to chop and even sample. I use the RMX and personally I think its dope! Another tool in the arsenal. I could see some one saying that certain libraries dont suit there needs but to say spectrasonics sucks is just BS. But this is coming from a guy who feels there is at least one good sample on every record whether it be one kick or a bar. Whatever, anyway im not trying to argue or speak on the unknown but the Spectrasonics Libraries are well produced. Quality is dope, and sounds are easily changed in RMX, MPC, or what ever. I think the Jazz one is the shi*. Highly recommended. Ron Carter and other legendary bassists and horn players actually do studio sessions. Some cats are hasty and this is problematic, so with that said, you like the demos so get it. Seriously, I doubt some of these cats own a spectrasonics module or library. They come in a couple of formats WAV for sure and other compliant formats like EXS24 and a few other cant remember off top. peace
