I am having a LOT of fun with q-link and CC controlling all kindas stuff.
But how do you insert static q link values into sequence? if I find some nice static q-link settings and do not change them while recording, these static knob and slider positions are not remembered. If I try to insert them individually using seq edit/insert the page shows a value which does NOT respond to the selected control (as it does in the MPC1k for example). I have to guess what NRPN the current knob position may represent - surely only an IDIOT would design it that way!! is There a better way?
For q-link movements:
If I hit record and q-link is active that changes are recorded to whatever track is selected, this may add data either to whatever track is selected or to a new track and thus edited seprately. Q-link sequence can also be recorded this way - groovy
So I guess having a dedicated track for q-link and CC data for each sequence makes sense? Or do you find recording CC data to the track with the sequence data for that channel easier to understand?
