Q-link to velocity?

Is there any way to assign the qlink to note velocity so I can use the qlink sequence for standard arp effects?
I can find most things I want but can't find note velocity offset?
any work arounds?

You say amplitude won't give you the same effect. Is that because what you really want is for the entire amplitude envelope to be retriggered for each note (and scaled by the velocity)? If so, this can't be easily replicated with a single controller like the Q-Link, I think. You need multiple note events to get multiple envelope triggers.
