Another seq edit question.

I am further confused now.
I bang some notes in go to seq edit they are there.
I then record some pad mixer fx send auto mation
hit seq and after stopping and restarting the seq thats there in seq edit.

I then set the seq edit back to notes and they have all disappeared from view although they still play on.
wtf??
I can work around this by putting fx stuff on a different track but still thats wierd!
