sending program changes to my Novation K station..help?

The manual did'nt help so I'm hoping someone can answer here. When you highlight Program and open window..you have to set things correctly. (MSB / LSB) etc...

And that's where my problem is. the Novation has 400 programs (200 fixed and 200 user slots) so I know i need to send a bank chage AND a program change to get to the sound I want.

Anyone good at this that can give me a few tips??

bank select on
bank select lsb 1 - 2 - 3 -4 (bank 100 200 300 400)
if program is 107 u should set 6 as program change value.

so to request program 107 on ks u should do
bank select on
bank select lsb 1
program change 6
