i can't seem to find it here but here is what i want to do. I got a sample wich i want to play in different tones like on a keyboard and record it in the sequencer. If i hit the sample button i can play different tones of the sample, how can i prepare this so i can do this while sequencing?

Thanks 8)

I am pretty sure the manual covers this type of thing.

To play Samples on the MPC, you need to create a program and assing
the sample to the program, and then also make sure that Pogram is assigned
to the Multi that is active.

There are 2 types of Programs on the 4000. Drum and Keygroup. If you want
your single sample spread across the keyboard, you will want a "Keygroup" program.
