if you giving a beat for a person to use that you can only give it to em through email what can you do to protect urself with terms and conditions as far as basically lettin em know they can use the song only if they shout out _____ every time the song plays and is performed and they can't take it to the radio without producers consent? how can u get that point across that'll hold up in court as well?
