What are the laws as far as when sampleing becomes copyright infingement? For example, how can Knye West, Stronger, use the chorus from a song all ready created by Daft Punk, Stronger? If I sample an old
beatles record, chop it and add effects, then use those samples to drop a beat or hook or melody, Is that a violation of Copyright Laws? Where is the line drawn and when could sampleing get you in trouble?
