myspace gets TONS of artists signed. Thats why you see countless NetCees signed to their cousin's online label yo!

i think it def helps to be on myspace....like the networking element. i was recently contacted by some good labels and an a&r from a major about my bunny rabbit project. we are not being signed instanst or nothing but now we have more contacts to use when the time is right. plus with cd sales so low touring is key and the more of a buzz you got the better the booking... just a few thoughts.

myspace is good for networking...it's an ideal place to promote your name. No it won't get you signed, only you the quality of your music can do that. Myspace does however increase your amount of potential listeners...

yes... if u have a audio interface and a daw software like cubase, anybody can simply record it into their software. i could do it in seconds, so only put like 30 second samples on there
