nope. if any contract is unreasonable of as lawyers like to say "unconscionable" it can possibly be shredded. gotta prove your case though. nobody can own you no matter if they have a contract.

If you get a permanent contract (if there ever was such a thing), then you would never be able to renegotiate for a higher contract, when the time comes.
If you had a placement (single) and it was a smash, you wouldn't have leverage to use that credible hit for a better contract, because you wouldn't even get one.

But lifetime ownership of a company does exist. For example if you were to sign 50% of your production company till eternity, unless all parties agree otherwise. Right!?

There are permanent contracts out there. Its called slavery! Or selling your soul. 
If you agree to sell your company or contract your belongings as a pay off. Well thats a different story. Its not a permanent contract its agreeing to give something to someone.
