If you get a permanent contract (if there ever was such a thing), then you would never be able to renegotiate for a higher contract, when the time comes.

If you had a placement (single) and it was a smash, you wouldn't have leverage to use that credible hit for a better contract, because you wouldn't even get one.

You can't get FCKED down, but you can definitely get FCKED up.

There are permanent contracts out there. Its called slavery! Or selling your soul. :mrgreen:

If you agree to sell your company or contract your belongings as a pay off. Well thats a different story. Its not a permanent contract its agreeing to give something to someone.

Here's some advice! Never sell your publishing.
