I'm looking to get 14 tracks mastered, how much should i expect to pay?

You can pay anywhere from $200 to 'sky's the limit'. The real question is what kind of quality are you wanting? Mastering is definitely one of those pay for what you get type things.

Yeah thats what i was thinking.

I've looked at some places where it would be £700 and some £200

The 700 is out of my budget and imagine the 200 is that price for a reason

Any suggestions on places or prices?

On the low end this place is about as good as it gets. I've used them for single tracks, no albums. I was pleased with their work. Good choice if you are working on a budget but still want to have some consistency to your album/project.

$25 per song, or $199 for an album.
