QUESTION ON SAMPLING AND COPY WRITE

I was wondering.... If I have a lot of sample based songs completed. It there any way to copywrite the songs so no one can steal the Idea's? I know that is a silly question, but how do you keep your songs save so that an A&R doesn't just steal the idea and get at his in house producer to make an identical track.... ?
