The Neptunes?

Im wondering does anyone know how exactly they run their business and label, for example who is who? Are the all MD's of startrek..? Who does what in the studio?

Im just wondering because i work with 2 other guys and id like to know how they do it....

i'm not sure how they do it but i think they do it like trackmasters does it one guy does the drum parts of the beats and one does the piano or chord part of the beat

It's all over the Net, yes above is true to point. One and One room and sometimes even remote, they just have that type of relationship. They go back and forth building via email and glyph hard drives. But the business structure is like any other. They have a distribution deal, and as far as modeling yourself after them, think twice.... they were verrrrrry unhappy with their deal with Virgin for N.E.R.D. search this board and the net to read more about them... there is nothing special about how they do it.
