I think u should,cuz when u start 2 get notice,u gonna find that some1 has ur name too. Thats what happen to Diamond D,thats y all his cd's only said Diamond. Make sure u own ur name....

You would actually "Trademark" and it your name is catchy and trendy then you probably would want to, it's rather pricey and I wouldn't worry about it unless I knew for a FACT that my schit was about to blow.
Also you will need to "Trademark" the design of your name if one accompanies it.
