We are releasing our debut CD soon and we were thinking of calling it "Unsigned Hype". There is a column in source magazine called unsigned hype. Would we be able to legally name our album this?

there's already too many albums called Unsigned Hype out there.... There goes that Idea.. I guess we'll stik with "World Champs"
