getting a production name

what's up everyone. This is beaglin. I wanted to know if anyone could give info on how to copyright or trademark a production name. If anyone has info on where to search if a name has been used, let me know. For example dj premier. I'm sure it's copywritten. thanks in advance..peace, Beaglin

I wouldn't think it is necessary. Just come up with somethin original. If someone else has the same name , they will continue to use it and so will u, . How many people make it big enuff for anyone to give a **** any way?. just look at dre.
