Dude, I'm no lawyer, but I'd suggest that you get a copy of all the beats that he's on and present that as evidence, along with the dates. You should be able to get that off the bounce down files.

The other key thing would be that it's taken him this long to care about the money... that should say something. The only other thing I can say is dress well, be respectful and make sure you tell the truth.

Therefore, if you made a verbal agreement with homie's dad when you were still under 18 (if that's the "legal adult" age in your state), then the contract is void unless it is signed by your parents and notarized.

I'm only 100% positive that this is true, but i'd advise you double-check if you end up deciding to use this.

also, if you don't have any priors I would just deny, deny, deny. A crooked game deserves crooked-er players.

man......forget that dude.......show up prompt for court...dress well like my dude said and let them know that the agreement was based on work done......which you will have the work done.....the audio track, the program disks, and let it be known that you have work done on him but he has no proof that work was paid for....which is where the triton comes in......you will get out of this easy...from now on though make sure you have documents of everything......you are not a minor anymore and will be treated as such from now on...........so either dude can walk away or take the triton and give you the money for unpaid work which will be the price of the triton as a whole......since you invested in that board as well.....if the judge awards you that you be more str8 cuz then you can buy something new or buy another triton and have scrill in your pockets....that will teach dude to not try and hustle

Well, I'm just saying, that was a question that came to mind when reading. I'm not trying to doubt you, or push you, just saying that this same doubt that I have expressed might also be expressed by the judge. I have nothing to gain by trying to "expose" you for anything, I guess if your beats at the time were really worth 1,000 bucks collectively then it was a fair deal.
