Ok, i have an album that my dad did the photography on from a band his friends were in. This was a basic highschool band, i'm 99% sure this is not copyrighted. I'm sure i could get this cleared for free, except my dad has no idea how to contact these people. I guess my question is, how would you approach this. With one of the beats i made off of this, an artist wants to use it and distribute it. I know for a fact it will never get the the original artists, there is no lable, etc. But at the same time, it would be nice to have it totally legal.
