Ok so I'll throw down some money for your time if need be, but I need some one to put me up on game quick, I have a good general idea of things, but I just want to make sure things are done right the first time with filings etc....

Basically alot of offers have been coming my way for placements and it's getting to the point where going legal is a must....for my own protection....

So I need some one familiar with the legal end that I could communicate with, phone would be most effective, but if we need to keep it on the net so be it which ever you prefer....

This is really open to any one, but some one that owns their own label, publishing, trademarks etc etc is really what I'm looking for.....

Come on guys its the holidays, reach out and touch some one lol...(pleasE)

Harry to be honest if you are starting to get work like you say you are then it will behoove you to get an attorney ASAP! cuz waiting on intermet cats to hit you back in a timely fashion much less conversate over the phone is pissing in the wind. google entertainment lawyers in your area and set up a meeting, which is free or for a very low price and if they like what you got going on they may can help further your career.

^^ thanks for the reply boss...

and yea I'm startin to think the same I have had a couple people PM me with good intentions to help yet its so hard to communicate and days go by and nothing gets done and I end up no further....and I dont know but it seems like cats are shy to talk on the phone im like wtf? I love talkin music and business, seems like some would rather just lurk the basement and keep a real hush hush quota....I mean the forums are great, but honestly someone with knowledge in the field could most likely get me squared away in a 10 minute phone conversation...

So I have as of a few days ago been trying to locate some local entertainment attorneys, but it's just I hate handing out more doh then needed and honestly I figured there would be ALOT more responses, but I guess either A) cats dont want to help or B) they just havent got to that point in the game yet....

either way man, looks like this thread was a bust, so guess i'll have to move on to plan B....im looking for "08" to be a good year, but I need to get these legal humps out the way so I can get back to doing what I love best....

creating music.....
