Multi picture templates

I've googled to see if there are any multi picture templates. I'm trying to achieve something similar to this but not that many pictures.

I'm sure it's in Photoshop but are there any alternatives??

This was right under my nose. I used Picasa to organize my pic and I forgot about the collage option.
