.One more question. What if there are extra tracks in say,seq 2&3 that are not in seq 1 do I add those tracks to seq 1 even though they aren't used in seq 1?

Just leave them, they will transfer over to the song and will play when the song mode reaches that sequence. Just if you use the same sounds in every sequence keep them on the same
tracks like lamp said. If you use a sound in one sequence and not the other, make sure the sound is not on the same track number as a diffetent sound in another sequence.
Go into song mode, go over to the right column and add a sequence. Then select the amount of repititions you want that sequence to play before it switches to the next sequence. Example, you have a song with an 8 bar intro, 3 16 bar verses, and hooks before and after each verse. The hook part of the beat has a change
up in it that is different from the verses.
Your Intro sequence is 4 bars,
your hook sequence is 8 bars,
your verse sequence is 4 bars, and as
your outro you let the verse sequence rock for 8 bars after the last hook. This is how
your song mode setup should look:
Step..........
Sequence.........
Reps...............
Tempo.............
Bars1................Intro.................1....................89.5.................4
2................Hook.................1....................89.5................12
3................Verse................4....................89.5................28
4................Hook.................1....................89.5................36
5................Verse................4....................89.5................52
6................Hook.................1....................89.5................60
7................Verse................4....................89.5................76
8................Hook.................1....................89.5................84
9................Verse(outro).......2....................89.5................92
