quantize help

ive read the manual and i cant find out how to turn the quantize off on the 2500,,i tried like the xl and the 500 but niether showed the quantize,,am i missing something,or could someone just tell me what page it is on,,thanx!!!

There's two ways to do it, with the sequence playing and with the sequence stopped. With the sequence playing, there is a T/C setting at F2 I believe in the main screen. Hold this button and scrolll all the way to off. With the sequence stopped, just push T/C and the timing window will pop up where you can adjust timing, swing, and earliness/lateness. BTW, this is for JJOS1, don't remember how similar this is in Akai OS.
