Low output?

I'm going through the stereo outs into the speakers. Speakers are self powered and are loud when using other hardware. But the output seems to be low. Should I be using the stereo outs? Or the 1-8 outs?

Seems to be ok now. Think it was the stock samples on the MPC. Need to get rid of all that default stuff.
