Changing program with Dial nob mpc 2500

Please can some one help me here with 2500

I can not change my program with both the dial nob or the +/- botton. And the 16 level is not functioning any mpre either, any idea on what i should do?

I have the same problem. I cant change my programs from the main screen with either the wheel or the +/- buttons. The 16 level is not working at all and my note repeat only works with pad9 and when i press the note repeat button it plays the sound loaded on pad9 even when im not pressing any pad.

Please help!
