HELP! MPC2500 not functioning

1. The pads do not work, thus i cannot play sounds or load or save.

2. The headphone jack clicks when i insert headphones.

3. No sound from the stereo outs as well.

This happened while i had several sequences loaded (DOPE ASS BEATS TOO). I turned it off and then on and had all of these same problems.

HELP!

I am hoping one of you knows what could be wrong before i send it off to VST?

Sorry for my inglish man...
Try to record a sample, or put the sample from your pc to the compact flash and load...
And only one pad is blocked the other pad work bad and the 16 level dont' work...
When i bay my mpc make almost the same problem...
My new mpc coming with the problem in the pad and no one pad work good...
