2500 Loading time...

Hey guys, I've used a couple of mpc models, predominantly the 2000xl MCD version with the built in card reader, but regardless of my program size, they all seem to take at least a minute or two to load, which is real nasty for live. I was wondering how you guys dig the 2500 and if the loading time has gotten any better over the years. I prefer the XL, but would certainly consider a 2500 if it meant a smoother live show. More specifically, less time swapping between programs on the card.

For live use?
I'd probably switched to the 2500 a long time ago If I were you.Just alone for the ram and easier storage facilities.
But yeah, the 2500 loads up quite fast, at least a lot faster then the 2kxl

Yah I've had both and the loading on the 2500 is like 10x faster than the 2000xl. One song takes under a minute to load, a short set (~6 songs) in a few minutes.
