Ok I have Logic (with M-Audio midi controller) and I am getting a MPC 2500 to use also. My question is how do I hook it all up? I need to be able to record into the MPC from Logic by triggerring the midi controller. I have over 100 gigs of sounds that is currently in Logic and I wanna be able to record it to the MPC. Do I need to get a mixer and an audio interface (presonus, edirol, etc)? Also, what am I looking for when purchasing a mixer or audio interface? I don't wanna buy something that I don't need.

save 16bit 44.1 khz WAV's of your samples into a CF card. then put the CF card in the MPC and load the samples. Turn the samples into a program so you can play them with the pads or your keyboard. lay down tracks in the MPC. record this into your computer to master your hot track. Sell it to I tunes.

or

hook up your MIDI keyboard to your computer (USB) set up hot sounds and reeling melodies with your keyboard. Plug the heapdhone out of your computer into the inputs on the back your MPC (get the special stereo mini to dual 1/4 mono cable) record your crazy licks. assign them to pads on your MPC. now you can play the insanity with your pads. record this back into your computer, master, enjoy going platinum, don't blow all the cash on a Bentley 'cause thats foolish.
