os help

hi i want to load the free jjos (v3.10) onto my 2500 it says on the site that you cant load save programmes etc is this true beacuase ive read in other threads here that you can save makeing me a little confused can someone please clarify ? if i cant save i dont see the point downloading the free version

The free JJOS (v 3.10) is a fully functional operating system that definitely allows you to load and save.

thanks for the info will definatley download it once my mpc gets back from its custom painting. last question i see alot of people on this forum have like custom pictures / messages on there screens how the hell do you do that ? looks pretty damn cool

are they customisable via computer or do you do it within the mpc ??

on free version you can definately save. the reason you can download the paid versions is so you can try it out and decide if you like it or not.

BUT:

Instead of saving it as MPC1000.bmp save it as MPC2500.bmp

go to the 1000 forums and search for splash screen topics. There are still a few good ones floating around this form.

Last week I updated from 3.09 to 3.10 and found me a nice GURU splash screen.
