Q Link slider issue.

something wrong with my q link slider.

i press mode>slider. Q1 doesnt respond Q2 and Q3 work fine. and when i turn Q4. sht goes crazy...the screen goes back and forth between Q1 (which doesnt work) and Q4.

anyone know how to fix?

if you use the akai os then check if you are running the latest version which is 1.24
the issue with the q-links going crazy was adressed in one of the updates.

if you already run os 1.24 or if you run the alternative os then maybe something is wrong with your hardware.

you can also check if a factory reset helps -> press and hold the erase button while powering up the mpc till you see the main screen. after that you may have to restore some of your personal settings again.
