Garage Band and MPC 2500

Bless.
I am trying to sync my MPC 2500 with Garage Band. Basically dump my beats (track them out) into Garage Band the same way you would into Pro Tools.
How do I sync the mpc?
AND... is there any way to use the sounds from garage band (like a sound module) with my MPC?

i never tried syncing my 2500 to GB, but i've tried using GB as a sound module, but haven't had much luck. I'm only able to use one channel, once i add a second AU to use that sound it also triggers the first AU i had already added. Basically playing the same thing on both plugins instead of leaving the first one intact and then me being able to play whatever i want using the second plug.

Good looking out! I am now realizing it is not going to work. And if it somehow DOES, it wont really be efficient.
