stupid question about numbers in FX section

f.e : open MASTER FX, on COMP. there is ATTACK: 10
This 10 = 10ms or 100 ms ?

Good question, from the sound of things I think it's MS but I could be wrong. It's hella annoying how the fx sections doesn't use "actual" measurements and instead uses arbitrary numbers.
