MPC 2500 LCD screen is out. How do I replace this part?

My LCD screen does not light up. It has been out for quite some time and I've had a few MPC experts take a look at it, but no real answers on how to replace or fix the light.

Buy a new light. Your the first person I've heard that has a problem with the backlight, but its the prefect time to replace it with a different color!
