help i cant hear sounds loud out of my mpc???

Im not really familiar with MPC's my friend gave me his 2500 and im trying to use it i just updated the OS he mentioned something about 1 of the sides dosnt play sound and when I hit the pads I dont hear anything, i loaded a sound and hit PLAY and i can hear ir but its really LOW and soft can someone help?

since you installed new os you resetted settings to stock, you gotta bump up the output value to 3 or 0db cuz it's probably at 6 now...its somewhere in the global settings or other

okay i found that global setting i set it to 0db and still dont hear anything out of my MPC!? im just using the headphone jack and speakers notting crzy can someone please help me this is frustrating and annoying. :\

Try installing reinstalling akai os. My friend bought a busted 2500 on ebay that wouldnt play sound when jjos was installed, but worked fine with official akai os.
