i bought my MPC used, and the previous dude splotched a little bit of what looks like latex-based paint across it. i'm not worried about the casing, but there's a bit on the display. it's like sand in your shoe, not a deal-breaker, but irritating.
i wouldn't mind cleaning it off, but i'm hesitant to pull out the nail polish remover or the paint thinner, i've seen what it can do to plastic/plexi surfaces (i'm worried about getting that weird rainbow glare).
what do folks use to clean their displays, and has anyone had to apply powerful chemicals? good/bad results?
