Help MIDI NOOB!! Midi sensitivity

When i play the synth connected to my mpc via midi in midi mode, i always get the same level (127) even when i hit the keys softly??

Please help me out!
I'm a real noob when it comes to midi!

...you're controling the synth directly via mpc midi out...?

if so, turn off full level button on the mpc....

if that is no help, it's the synth you gotta focus on.....

I had it on full level.. Didn't know that :'s
